NANO TECHNOLOY

Principle

Nano technology uses ultra-fine particles in the nanometer range, which act as carriers and penetration enhancers for nutrients.

Because of their extremely small size and large surface area, nano particles have the following properties:

High reactivity (accelerates photosynthesis)

Strong adhesion to leaf surfaces

Improved mobility within plant tissue

Leaf penetration and interaction with the slot openings

NANO particles are small enough to:

Penetrate the waxy cuticle of leaves ● Interact directly with stomata

Once applied, they help open and optimize stomatal function, enabling:

• Faster nutrient entry

• Improved gas exchange

• More efficient water regulation

This significantly enhances the transport of minerals from the leaf surface into internal plant tissues and down to the root system via the vascular network.

Photosynthesis & Gas Exchange

A. Nanotechnology = Instant Bioavailability

Our nanoparticles are extremely small, stable, and evenly distributed. Because of this, they reach the root cells in minutes – not after days like conventional fertilizers. Effect: Photosynthesis enzymes are activated immediately, chlorophyll increases, and light energy is used more efficiently.

B. Optimized Stomata Function = More CO₂ Uptake

The fertilizer improves water balance, ion balance, and osmotic stability. This way, the stomata stay open longer – even under heat or salt stress. Result: Higher CO₂ uptake and more stable, stronger photosynthesis.

C. Higher transpiration = Faster material flow

Better root development and higher xylem conductivity boost transpiration. This speeds up:

  • CO₂ transport to the leaf

  • Nutrient flow

  • Cooling of the plant

  • A self-reinforcing cycle for growth and stress resistance.

D. Accelerated energy conversion in the chloroplast

Our micronutrients (Fe, Mg, Mn, Zn) drive the photosynthesis reaction chain. Thanks to nanotech, they're immediately available – boosting ATP production, sugar formation, growth, and biomass.

IONIC Tech.png

THIS IS HOW IONIC TECHNOLOGY WORKS:

• Stimulates ion channels: The unique formula improves the movement of ions through cell membranes and optimizes nutrient uptake.

• Activates enzymes & hormones: The ionic stimulation triggers important enzymes and natural growth hormones (auxins, cytokinins), boosting growth rate and resilience.

• Increases stress resistance: Plants treated with Ikue fertilizer show higher tolerance to drought, salinity, and diseases thanks to ionic balance and cell wall strength.

• Enhances photosynthesis & root formation: By activating Mg²⁺ and PO₄³⁻, the fertilizer increases energy production and promotes deeper, healthier roots.

Absorption

In the soil, plant roots are surrounded by a charged environment called the rhizosphere. The root membranes contain ion channels and transport proteins that selectively absorb nutrients depending on their electrical charge.

IONIC technology ensures that nutrients are:

  • fully soluble

  • electrically stable

  • immediately available for absorption

This allows the roots to take up nutrients efficiently without the need for microbial conversion or chemical transformation in the soil.

Combined Effect:

IONIC + NANO

Effect

By combining the availability of ionic nutrients with nutrient supply at the nano level, the fertilization system provides the following benefits:

  • Faster nutrient uptake

  • Lower nutrient loss (leaching, volatilization)

  • Reduced application amounts

  • Improved stress resistance

  • Stronger root and shoot development

  • Higher and more consistent yields

Absorption

Leaves can take up minerals and ions through the following ways:

  • The cuticle

  • The stomata (leaf pores)

When nutrients are in ionic form, they can pass through these pathways and enter the plant's vascular system, where they are distributed to growth zones, flowers, fruits, and roots.

Improved nutrient transport within the plant

After entering, the NANO particles take care of:

  • A fast transport of nutrients through the xylem and phloem

  • An even distribution of minerals throughout the whole plant

  • Reduced nutrient fixation or immobilization

This leads to higher nutrient use efficiency compared to conventional fertilizers.

ANALOGY

In human medicine, nano-sized molecules and advanced drug delivery systems can pass through biological barriers and cell membranes, allowing active substances to be delivered directly into the cells where they are needed most.

A similar principle can be applied in plant nutrition. The nano-sized nutrient particles from Ikue AgroTech are designed to improve nutrient availability and movement within the plant, helping to deliver nutrients more efficiently to target tissues – both through the leaves and the roots.

Benefits for plants

  • Direct nutrient access at the cellular level

  • Faster nutrient transport within the plant

  • Improved nutrient use efficiency

  • Increased uptake through leaves and roots

  • Reduced nutrient losses to the environment

  • Better support for plant growth and development by improving the way nutrients
